¶ Calendar and public holidays
The SB Calendar retrieves public holidays from a web service, for the country set up.
- Open the SB Calendar, then choose Modify Calendar.
- Choose Init public holidays for the current year, or retrieve them for another year or a period.
The Address 3 field is available on contacts, customers, vendors, sales documents and reminders, and is printed on the reminder layouts.
¶ Payments and accounting
- Paid invoice selection: when entering payments, select the paid invoices; the journal is filled in with the application. For vendors, the description shows the external document numbers, and the message to recipient starts with your company name.
- Account Name on cash receipt and payment journals, next to the account number.
- Dimension filters on G/L entries and on G/L account application.
- EU VAT registration number derived from the SIREN.
- Payment method field on payment journals, default bank on bank journals, indicator of currency rates updated today.
- Activity field, with customisable values, on customer and vendor cards.
- Sending a report inbox entry to another user.
