On Chorus Pro, on your organisation’s card:
- Request the API connection: PISTE app name, usage type “user of a vendor’s solution”. SB Consulting tells you which technical contact to declare.
- Create your organisation’s technical account.
At installation, two setups are created: Sandbox (tests) and Production. Only one can be enabled at a time.
- Open Chorus Pro Setup, then the setup you want.
- General: the URLs are prefilled; set how long logs are kept (Period Purge Logs).
- License (production): enter the License Key provided by SB Consulting. Update license applies a contract change.
- Value by default: the default Chorus user (required).
- Application: the PISTE app credentials, the Technical Account and its password.
- Select Enable.
¶ Complete the company and the sending profile
- On Company Information, Chorus FastTab: the structure ID (SIRET by default), the CPP structure ID and the description. The AssistEdit retrieves them from Chorus Pro.
- The CHORUS document sending profile, created at installation, sends invoices to Chorus Pro. See Set up document sending profiles.
