The Open action automatically opens a Business Central page or a web address when the event fires. For example: open the customer’s matter list, or a verification website, after a customer card is modified.
- Create the event with the Open action. See Create an event.
- For a page, fill in the Page ID, then the Parameter Table No. and the Parameter Table Filter to show only the relevant records. Fields Parameters keywords can be used in the filter.
- For a web address, fill in the Url Link: it opens in a new tab.
