Event Manager doesn’t need a general setup. Only sending Teams messages requires access to Microsoft Graph.
- In Microsoft Entra, have your administrator register an app with the Microsoft Graph permissions Teams needs (groups, users, chats, files).
- Open Event Manager Setup.
- In Graph API, fill in the Tenant Id, the app’s Client Id, the Scopes and Business Central’s Callback Url.
- Test the connection from an event card with Test Graph.
