SB Lawyer keeps the history of how business came in: which lawyers brought the customer or the matter, and through which introducer.
- On the contact, customer or matter card, open the Origin.
- Add each lawyer with their percentage. The total can’t exceed 100%.
The origin entered on the contact is copied to the customer, then suggested on their matters.
¶ Business introducers and opportunities
- On the matter, the Business Introducer No. is the external contact who brought the matter. Their Network Member field shows the introducer network they belong to.
- On the contact card, Opportunities record the matters the firm referred to other firms: date, description and estimated amount.
