A posted invoice can’t be changed: you correct or cancel it with a credit memo, using the standard Business Central features.
On the posted sales invoice, choose:

| Correct | Cancels the invoice with an automatically posted credit memo, then creates a new proforma. |
| Cancel | Cancels the invoice with an automatically posted credit memo. |
| Create Corrective Credit Memo | Creates a credit memo to complete, then post. |
When you post a credit memo on diligences, SB Lawyer asks whether to put them back in the work in progress of the matter, to invoice them again, or to write them off.
