Time suggestions retrieve your activity in Microsoft 365 (emails, calendar meetings, recent files, Teams messages and calls) to help you leave nothing out of your timesheet. When a recognised contact is linked to a customer, SB Lawyer also suggests the customer.

| Emails | The administrator sets the time suggested per email on the Mail line of SB Lawyer Connections: Read Time per Mail (min), Write Time per Mail (min) and Attachment Time (min). |
| Mail folders | The administrator excludes standard Outlook folders for the whole firm with Excluded Mail Folders, on the Mail Folders line of SB Lawyer Connections. Each user excludes their own folders with Retrieved Folders in My Suggestions. Subfolders follow their parent folder. |
| Teams meetings | A calendar meeting held on Teams takes your actual attendance time, and isn’t suggested a second time as a Teams call. |
| Recent files | Only the files you saved during the period are suggested, with a time estimated from your work sessions. |
